Finances:

Approximately 1500 Euro budget left until the end of march
Hammock costs 109 Euro, delivered on 15.12.2021 to Miriam. Miriam will send the bill to Johanna (done on 31.12.2021)
500 Euro request was filled, but not yet approved, will probably done soon. The money will mostly be used for various material to improve the MitMach-Garten
New request at the beginning of next year. Johanna will ask how much of the donation is still left

Shed and plants

Create a new plant plan for the next year and assess the situation from this year. This will be discussed in another meeting in January
Planting the flower bulbs after the holidays, maybe along the street in clusters
An idea of Alex is to build a worm farm, maybe a group activity in the future. Let’s find more people interested in the subject for now.
One community day for tidying up the sheds and create room for new stuff. Check for old seeds etc. and decide what can be still used and what has to go.
Johanna will ask Monika where they bought the storage boxes and gets back to Alex about it

Organisation

Nico will try to get into the Wiki-Website and manage it in the future
Planning of workshops in the future for interested people to educate students about gardening
Maybe create a board online in the Wiki to write down ideas for the next meeting and what to discuss about
Miriam creates a doodle to schedule the next online meeting in January
