TOP 1 Freshmen
No new problems have reached us. Everything seems to be fine.
TOP 2 Answering mails
StuKo meeting about study program change. Marc replies to Pado about the intermediate evaluation of the junior professorship.
Email “Getting to know campus and M.Sc. Computational Linguistics”: The ISP CCd a mail to us where a student was having questions about Stuttgart and the study program.
To make sure that emails are replied we decided that fscl should be in CC when replying to a mail. Exceptions are mails for old exams and laptop rentals.

TOP 3 Elections
Office combination: Marc as chairperson, Urs as deputy chairperson, Patrick as treasurer; Sven as grilling person. Urs informs stuvus about the election results.

TOP 4 Events
Games Night: on 09.11.2023. Stuvus approved snacks and soft drinks for 60€. Urs, Jule buy drinks. Marc books the seminar rooms.
Christmas Party: on 08.12.2023. Ask the institute for financial support. Ideas: organize quiz and ask others. Whatsapp group for organization.
Others: Weihnachtsmarkt, Ice skating
Games night:
- Urs bought snacks. We still need some drinks (especially Spezi).
- Let’s sell the beer for 1€ as stuvus doesn’t support us with alcoholic drinks. Also ask the students for donations.
- Start setting up the seminar rooms around 17:15.
Christmas Party: No updates.
Ice Skating: Jule hurt her foot and thus can’t join the ice skating event. Unless someone wants to take over the organization of this event, we cancel it.
Christmas market: Let’s organize this event spontaneously.

TOP 5 Buying Stuff / Abrechnung
Kitchen stuff: We want to buy a waffle maker. Marc checks if the stuvus application for the waffle maker is still valid.
Pot for plant. Someone needs to go to a Baumarkt and buy some soil and a pot for the plant.
International power plugs: Urs / Marc create a stuvus account for Patrick (who will eventually do the stuvus application).
Stickers: We want stickers with the FSCL logo. Sofia checks how to buy them online.

Fabian is updating the financial accounting.
TOP 6 More storage & New Furniture
Ideas for getting more space: Do Pfandrun, move coffee machine. Marc and Patrick clean up. We should evtl. make an inventory and also label the cabinets.
Maybe we want to replace our sofa. Sven measures the room and creates a plan.
Fabian moved some things to the cabinet.
There are some dirty cloths in the SR room.
Sven measured the room and will bring it to paper soon.
Max: Takes cloths home and washes them.
TOP 7 Wiki
Let’s use the stuvus wiki to organize the protocols and Fachgruppen documents. Urs creates stuvus accounts for every student representative. We still need to create a hidden hidden section for passwords.
The wiki now also contains a page for the financial accounting. This is only visible to students being part of the board of the Fachgruppe. This group was filtered by Fabi.
We close this topic and just mention from time to time that the wiki should get updated.
TOP 8 Mail
It might be good to reactivate the cl-jobs mailing list to forward HIWI job offers. Idea: Reduce spam email by creating new mailing list that adapt the mail subject accordingly.
We decided that there is no urgent need to change email addresses.

TOP 10 Arbeitsgruppe examination regulation
Sven gives a short summary on the planned changes.
There are several improvements planned for the Bachelor and Master study program. As those changes are not final yet there is nothing to officially talk about. Let’s wait for the discussions within the upcoming Stuko.
